The Business & Workforce Development Unit of the Division of Continuing Education at Howard Community College (HCC) is a premier training resource for businesses, organizations, and agencies in Howard County as well as a leading provider of high quality course offerings for individuals who are employed, unemployed, or seeking a career change.

Customized Staff Training
We provide a broad spectrum of courses for the professional development
of thousands of employees from businesses and federal, state, and local
organizations across the state of Maryland. Our services include:
