Part of the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development, the Charles I. Ecker Business Training Center provides training, consulting, and meeting facilities primarily for businesses in Howard County.  Each year, the BTC trains over 7,000 employees from over sixty businesses and organizations all over Howard County.
