Total Rewards

Employee and Labor Relations

LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Todd Allen, SPHR, CEBS, is director of human resources for Howard Community College and has over 18 years of related experience as a human resource leader, consultant, and trainer in the public and private sectors. He holds a master of science for human resource management, has certification as a senior professional in human resource management from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), is certified as an employee benefits specialist from the Wharton School of Business, and has completed a doctoral fellows program in community college leadership with Morgan State University.
Todd Allen has taught human resources courses and served in numerous volunteer roles supporting the HR profession, including two years as president of the Howard County HR Society and two years as president of the Greater Baltimore Washington CUPA-HR chapter. Todd earned national recognition for his HR work, including the 2004 SunGard SCT Technology Award.

This course is offered each February and September. The February 2012 course takes place on Saturdays from February 18 to May 5, 9:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (No class on March 31 and April 7)

Classes are taught in our beautiful facility at 6751 Columbia Gateway Drive, Columbia, MD, in Howard County and the Baltimore-Washington corridor, convenient to I-95, the Baltimore Washington Parkway, and Route 175.
COST:
$1,165 (includes a nonrefundable $465 materials fee). Early Bird Discount of $100 if you register at least 15 days ahead of class. (Waiver students pay materials fee and $40 registration fee.)
