Startup (7:30 to 8:30 a.m., HVPA140):  Parents should drop off students at  the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts (HVPA) Building Room 140 adjacent to the Recital Hall and are encouraged to park in Lot G and walk students to the room.  At 8:30 a.m., KOC aides walk KOC students to the Hickory Ridge, ELB, Nursing, or ST buildings.

Morning Classes (8:30 a.m. to noon):  Most morning KOC classes are held in the Hickory Ridge Building. Parents should access the building through Parking Lot G and drop off students at the northeast corner of the building, at the intersection of Lots G and H. For classes that are scheduled in the ELB, Nursing, or ST Buildings, consult the campus map for the closest parking lot. Parents may choose to park and walk their students to class. Students are not supervised before 8:30 a.m.

Morning Pick-Up (for students enrolled half-day): Students leaving the Hickory Ridge Building will be picked up at the northeast corner of the building (the same place where they were dropped off). KOC aides will be outside to supervise. Students leaving the ELB, Nursing, or ST buildings will be escorted by KOC aides to the ELB lobby for pick-up. Students not picked up by 12:15 p.m. will be placed in a supervised lunchroom; parents will have to come to the KOC office in Hickory Ridge Suite 100 before picking up their children.

Lunch (noon to 1:00 p.m.):  Students staying for lunch will be divided by age group and put into supervised lunchrooms. Meals are not provided; students must bring their own food and drink. Registration for lunch is required.

Afternoon Classes (1:00 to 4:30 p.m.):  Most KOC students will remain in the Hickory Ridge Building. KOC students who have afternoon classes in the ELB, Nursing, or ST buildings will be assembled in the lunchrooms at 12:50 p.m. by KOC staff and escorted to their scheduled class site. Parents of students who are taking afternoon classes in the ELB, Nursing, or ST buildings should drop off their students at those locations.

Afternoon Pickup (4:30 to 4:45 p.m.):  Students leaving the Hickory Ridge Building will be picked up at the northeast corner of the building (the same place where they were dropped off). KOC aides will be outside to supervise. Students leaving the ELB, Nursing, or ST buildings will be escorted by KOC aides to the ELB lobby for pick-up. Students not picked up at either location by 4:45 p.m. will be escorted to Wind Down in HVPA 140.

Wind-down Time (4:30 to 6:30 p.m., HVPA140):  Students in the Hickory Ridge Buiding will gather in room 106 and wait for KOC aides to escort them to HVPA 140. Aides will also escort students in the ELB, Nursing, or ST buildings directly to HVPA 140. Parents will pick up students from HVPA 140.
