Ages 7-10. Explore three-dimensional forms in a variety of media. Sculptural styles from master artists include mobiles, stabiles, and assemblages. A Week of Windows
Ages 7-10. Spend a week getting acquainted with the basic functions of Windows software (and a computer) and practice keyboarding with daily warm-up exercises. Create interesting projects while learning which buttons to click. Word processing, drawing programs, making stationery and organizing collections are just some of the skills you'll master. Advanced Puppetry
Ages 7-10. More great puppet creations and lively, inventive stories. Develop better puppet manipulation skills. Bring puppets and objects to life by focusing on core puppetry skills. Around the World With Art
Ages 7-10. In conjunction with Abrakadoodle (TM) art education, students visit the jungles of Ecuador with Exotic Birds take wing, Mexico where Sun Faces shine, India where Festival Elephants are paraded through villages. Sculpt a Polar Bear like the Inuit's of the North, and display the many colors of the world around us with a Rainbow project. Working in teams of 2-3, students in this limited enrollment class do it all- from story creation to making the characters & sets. As they learn the production process, they will design and compose using a storyboard, animate, record, download, assemble, and edit their own movies.
