As a part of your online registration process for any Rider School course, we must collect your name, driver's license number, and state of issue. This information will be used to prepare your registration, completion and license waiver certificate, and to register your completion with the MVA (if applicable). All information is kept strictly confidential.

When you hit SUBMIT, you will be directed to HCC Express to complete your registration. When you get the HCC Express “Welcome” screen, select the NONCREDIT / CONTINUING EDUCATION option.
