If you drop the course before the first day of class, you are entitled to a full refund.  If you attempt to drop the class on the day class begins or afterward, no refunds will be issued.

If you use HCC Express to drop the course online before the first day of class, you will automatically receive a refund check in the mail.  For other methods of dropping the class, please call continuing education at 410-772-4823, fax at 410-772-4333, or mail a letter with all your course information details (letter must be received here before the course starts) to:

If you qualify for a senior or Social Security disabilities tuition waiver, you pay only the equipment fee plus a $30 registration fee.
