HOW TO REGISTER FOR NONCREDIT CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES
Choose 1 of 5 easy options:
Option 1: ONLINE (using HCC Express)
Take advantage of HCC's online registration service, available daily 8 a.m. to midnight. Register and pay onscreen, and get immediate confirmation. No waiting or delays! Have your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card handy. At the top of this page, mouse over the “Registration and Payment” dropdown menu and then on “Online Registration via HCC Express," our online registration system. New out-of-county, out-of-state, or international students, and new students who qualify for a senior or disability waiver must register for the first time by fax, mail, or in person. If you are a current or returning student and your correct email address is not in our system, please call 410-772-4825. Your login is a combination of your first initial, first seven letters of your last name, all in lowercase, and the last four digits of your student ID number. The student ID number appears on your confirmation letters from previous registrations. Only students who have taken classes in the last five years have an account. If you're a new student, HCC Express will prompt you to provide your address and other information, and after you have registered, you will receive a confirmation with your student ID number and password. For questions about HCC Express passwords, call HCC's Help Desk at 410-772-4444. For questions about logins, call 410-772-4825. Note: The online registration option is not available once a class starts.
Option 2: FAX
Fax your registration form and credit card information for VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, including account number and expiration date to 410-772-4333. Credit card information must accompany faxed-in registration. (Please allow two days for processing.) If you register at least seven days before your class begins, you will receive a confirmation in the mail.

Hours: 8:45 a.m.—8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 8:45 a.m.—5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
Option 4: PHONE
You may use this option IF you have taken a class within the past two years and are paying for registration using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Dial 410-772-4310 and follow the recorded instructions. If you register at least seven days before your class begins, you will receive a confirmation in the mail. Note: This option is not available once a class starts.

Please note: Since mail is the slowest method, you may lose your opportunity to get into those classes that fill quickly, so please mail as early as you can. If you register at least seven days before the class begins, you will receive a confirmation in the mail.
Tuition must be paid in full at time of registration. All courses with tuitions of over $30 include a built-in $30 registration fee.
Save a class from cancellation! Get a friend to register!Register early--classes need a minimum number of enrolled students in order to run. You can register up to three days before class starts, but if you wait that long, the class may be canceled because of low enrollment.
Are you interested in taking a credit (degree) class? You may want to consider a CustomClass. The CustomClass option is designed for the student who is seeking knowledge and not a degree, grade, or credit.
If you experience any problems with registration, call 410-772-4825 during normal business hours.
Federal government employees please note: If your agency uses the GSA Schedule for procurement services, you may be entitled to a discount on tuition. Before registering, call Sharrie Hornak at 410-772-4459.
