The Noncredit Classes Schedule brochure is mailed out quarterly to all Howard County single family residences (not apartments) as follows:

Our main brochure (the Noncredit Schedule of Classes, our version of a "catalog") is mailed quarterly to all single family residences (not apartments) in Howard County. It contains all our offerings, including business and personal enrichment courses.
